How consignment worksFrench Cuff was founded in 2005 by Darcy McNie and Corey De Roo — mother and daughter, both with retail roots and a shared frustration that consignment in Sacramento had to mean second-rate. Two decades later, we're still the same family, on the same street, with the same point of view: only pieces we'd actually wear, only at prices that respect both consignor and customer.
